Called Trisha Guy and left VM.

I spoke with 3 different staff members. They 
passed me around because Dr. VanErt is the only 
one who actually knows the specifics, but he 
asked the staff to call in the problem for him. I 
know I talked to Julie, Ronnie, Naomi.

The problem: New Soft is what they use and only 
the doctor's machine has this problem (although I 
am aware they are having issues with slowness on 
this new "system"). Couldn't get detail on what 
he is doing when he gets the error message, but 
it says: "needs to active UpToDate"

They say this has been an ongoing issue. 

specific computer location (room #)? They didn't 
know. In Student Health they can direct you to 
his office where it is.

They said the Dr. will be the best person for 
contact. Times: M-F 8a-5p, except Tues gone in 
the morning.

I asked if receptionist would be better since he 
is often with patients. No. I can't get ahold of 
him, Tricia could be the next best.
