Christian Mendez	Feb 13, 2008 10:20 AM	He has a new Dell PC and when he tries to play a DVD: gets this error: cannot play this DVD, in order to play, you Need to launch your DVD video player. He says that if its something techs can tell him over the phone, that would be great. It plays CD's just fine, but not DVD's. He is available today until noon. He will be back tomorrow all day.
