The computer was trying to load another new
profile so I renamed the old one to the one it was
looking for now. It works now.

She called and it does not work. Keeping task 
open. Said tech will get back to her.

Her old profile was huge so it's going to take
hours to copy. I'm off now but I told her to
restart after it was done and it should load the
new profile. If she hasn't called back by two then
I'll close the task and assume it worked.

Documents are gone on desktop. Personal settings 
are all erased. usc techs put new memory on it. 
available all day.
