Called Tammy and she said they do not want the 
machine re-imaged. But she will call us when it 
dies...

Tammy said the printer issue is fixed, the error "HPPSUSG 
common lang runtime debugging services" is received by 
everyone on the computer that tries to access the database 
(even Ken Kosco), but can be exited out of... and they can keep 
working fine. 

Ken is out of the office today. Tammy said to call him Monday to 
work on it.

The default printer could be the image writer, which requires you 
to save.

Anne was trying to print from their database 
Access. She used the print icon to do so, but it 
told her she needed to save as... but cannot do 
so because of particular program. They are not 
supposed to save because it alters their program 
in some way.

To try to resolved this issue they decided to 
shut down. When logging back in gets error 
message: "HPPSUSG common lang runtime debugging 
services"

No problems when loggin on to a different 
machine. But did not try printer because the 
other computer has wrong default printer.
