remoted into the system to click the "Already 
Registered/Don't Ask to Register" button.

The machine in Library 208 keeps asking her to 
register Omni Page 12.0. When she clicks to 
register, it says "registration cannot complete 
successfully"

everytime she logs in, this pops up.
