He reversed the keyboard and mouse on the monitor 
USB ports, and now it seems to be working.
I've left the ticket open in case there may be 
some obvious issue I'm unaware of.

Keyboard to thin client isn't working, but mouse 
is.  He has been working for an hour with no 
problems.  He's logged off and logged on also.
