Hi Alex,

I apologize for not getting feedback to you sooner
on this. Since the update last week, I have not
experienced any troubles with my network drive
mappings. All of the drives I expect to see have
been there each time I have logged in, and I have
not noticed them disappearing in the background
while I'm logged in (as they seemed to be doing
rather frequently before). I'll let you know if
the situation changes substantially, but for now
all looks good.

Thanks for your help,

Shirley

I did a follow up call to see if the drives are
still flaking out

I looked into the login scripts that are running
for Library folk. There were some entries for
printers that don't exit that may have been
contributing to the mapped drives issue. I "fixed
the glitch" and called Shirley to let her know. I
asked that she log out and back in at her
convenience and let me know if anything is
missing. I tested their permissions without any
negative effects.

Every time she logs in, she has a different set
of mapped network drives. She has a new computer
and is curious if that is the problem.
