I noticed the machine only had 256MB RAM.  I have
an additional 256 stick on my desk that I will
install Monday.

The Nusoft software checks for admin privileges. 
I gave the user admin privs and the software
installed.  I also cleaned up the system
(Ccleaner, removed Google toolbar, removed desktop
search)

She is trying to install it under Thomas Breyer, 
but she gets a message that says : Error has 
occurred system error, please contact your 
network support.
its from withing nusoft, not a windows message.

She mentions that the software needs to be 
installed on user profiles, so when she logs into 
the machine, she has the software, but Thomas 
does not. He is currently logged into the 
machine, and when she tried to install it is when 
she got the error message.

She said that Thomas will be gone until next 
friday and she will have to log off his account 
today at 5pm.

She is only available until 5pm.
Thom comes back on Friday of next week.
