She is using a thin-client, and wanted to set 
background wallpaper for her profile.  Showed 
her how to set that up via firefox and set 
background image.

Says that the computer is not letting her change 
her desktop, she is trying to add a different 
wall paper. Says it freezes up on her when she 
tries this, and she is also trying to change the 
resolution. Says maybe she needs administration 
acess but does not know. 

She is no longer in AP 408 she moved to the admin 
building room 206.
