She says Audry came in and fixed it, but now it 
is freezing. Leaving her computer as it as is... 
screen on and fozen. Will be in the office, and 
if not, she will leave it open so tech can take a 
look.

I saved the txt file and a copy of her NK2 file in the C:\ directory. I 
renamed/reset her nicknames file. She was annoyed, especially 
since ctrl+k comes up with the global list. This is a big deal for her.

Communication was very difficult. I had a hard 
time getting at the root of her problem.

She says when she is composing an email she 
clicks on the "To" button (which I finally 
figured out she meant the text field) and she 
starts to type a name and the autofill does not 
give her options of addresses. At that point she 
gets an error message saying something has timed 
out. She didn't know what. She chooses safe mode 
and still has the problem. She has been having 
this issue for about a week. This is a new 
machine she is using.
