After a second reinstallation of Windows I was able to get this to
work. The VGA out (for a second display) does not work because
the driver available anywhere online causes and infinite loop and
blue screen of death. The laptop is functional and has been
redelivered to Lisa.

It was at ODE, and they got it back today and
whenever they try to boot it up, it displays:
ntldr is missing press ctrl alt del to reboot.
When they reboot, it comes back to the same
screen.

She says that it will be at her desk whenever
somenoe can get over there. She will LEAVE IT on
her desk and she says its fine to go in there and
grab it.
