Unplugged the DVI cable and reinserted it.  This
fixed things.

There is a Dell PC (REF 24 wou#20050148) in the 
reference area of the library that has an all 
black screen, they mention that it goes back to 
normal after a few minutes, and then back to 
black. 

I asked them if they checked the connections and 
the student worker said that she "thinks so" but 
is not certain since she was given the info to 
call it in.
