There were pieces of paper everywhere! I cleaned
things up, removed the paper jams and it now prints.

Earlier in the day it had a paper jam in it which 
they were able to fix. 

But, there seems to be a little piece that got 
ripped off and stuck in there. The color printer 
named: HL COLOR 1 will not print now.
