I deleted his Outlook profile (He was using a 2006
Sun Java installer) and set up a new profile using
the latest Sun Java installer. I reset the
Blackberry connector software back to defaults and
reconfigured it.  I was able to get the software
to operate without any errors, but it refuses to
update/sync contacts.

He is trying to sync his contacts with outlook.
He is able to sync email and calendar.
will be here sporadically tomorrow. next week mon 
Tue Wed, mon and tuesday are better. Paul's 
number is 88149.
