His machine is obviously back and I installed 
the drivers for the thumb drives and they work 
fine now.

Thumb drive is not working either... wants to 
know when he will get his machine back and if the 
drive still didn't work it can be addressed at 
that time. Wishes to be called to find out when 
it will be returned.

Outlook. He can access them in Sun Java Communications Express.

Glad to hear it! Did you want me to come by and install the

Hi Jim,

physical media (box/CDs) or CD key for the Auction! software 
you need.

because the password in the T: drive is incorrect and so I need to 
talk to Tricia. She's not in today.

on Mondays I will not be picking this up until 3/10.

He said this problem is not fixed yet.

When he goes to Outloook and clicks on contacts, 
he gets a no contacts are available error.

If he goes to open up a mail message, clicks on 
the TO box, but gets error message: contacts 
folder could not be opened.

Only suggestions I've found thus far are to make
sure the contacts in Outlook aren't in any
sub-folders (BlackBerry won't sync contact
sub-folders) and to try and reinstall the sync
software.

He had like 6 different profiles on the machine. 
I removed all the old ones. Made him a new profile
and dumped all his info into it.

He doesn't want to work on anything because he is 
not sure if this is his actual desktop he is 
working in. He will be in all morning and is 
hoping to get help ASAP.

This happened just this morning when he turned on 
his machine. It told him it couldn't find his 
profile. Then he restarted the machine and it 
told him it was creating new settings for Outlook 
and Explore, etc.
