I called her and let her know that Outlook was 
down because email was down. She said it is 
working now.

Mail is down and is being restarted, this is 
what caused Outlook to lockup.

She cannot do anything right now because her 
machine is froze. She did not get any error 
messages. It was working fine yesterday.
