She called back and this problem still persists.

She said that Mike Soukup called and said it was 
fixed, it was fine until this morning. ITs doing 
the same thing, but with a different error 
message:

error: ORA - 12541: TNS : No listener

She will be at 88690 today. She will be around 
until noon.

"ORA -12154: TNS: Could not resolve the connect 
identifier specified." She can click OK but it 
then takes her back to the log in where she gets 
the same error message. This just started this 
morning. It was fine yesterday.
