I installed and winzip and she was able to open
the file. Closing the task.

Dell pc -

she used to have a trial version of winzip, but 
now when she tries to open up, it says that her 
trial period is over.

she just wants to know if she can get software to 
unzip files.

She is available tomorrow from 8am - noon.
Then she will be gone for about a WEEK.
