She says that its when she is trying to open  
links on IE7, the Adobe Reader 8.1 error pops up, 
error says: Adobe has experienced a problem.

It keeps popping up after she closes the box.

Its not for EVERY link, but often.

she is available all day. She does go to lunch 
(no speficic time)
