He called back and said this happens every week, 
almost a couple of times a week.

He needs his session terminated. He is on a thin

again, he cannot log in and needs his session 
terminated.

Bruce said that this happens about once a month, "Alex would kill 
the process on your end" he also said. Adam W couldn't find a 
disconnected session.

Requested his sytem be rebooted so he can login 
claims it needs to be killed and has to do it 
several times
