He was able to log into another server. Since ts4 is being worked 
on I asked him to wait 15 minute and try again. ts4 has some 
software he needs.

He says he has not been able to log in since 
Friday.

When he logs in, the desktop icons are there, but 
the start menu is missing. He cannot click on 
anything.

He will be available any time today.
