HP Deskjet 6940 cannot be set as default printer,
as it will error out every time.  Set her default
printer to "Catering" and it works.

She is trying to print file:

cat2007-08a.wdb is the name of the file.

She cannot print to any printer in her office, 
she thinks its because its a Works database file>
it says: Microsoft Works out of Memory.

she will be available all day except for lunch. 
At her office until 5pm.
