Hi,
 
Just wanted to let you know that since Skyler
fixed my printing problem yesterday, I've had
three warnings that the Print Spooler wasn't
running and, though yesterday I was still able to
print after those messages, - today I wasn't. 
Thankfully, Skyler showed my how to start the
Print Spooler system  to fix the problem so I can
print, but I'm just giving you an FYI that I'm
still getting the message and it's turning off on
its own.

Ran gpupdate, and the printers showed up again.
After a restart, for some reason, the spooler
service quit running and that was forcing her to
lose her printers. I restarted the service and she
was able to print again. I showed her how to do
that in case it happens again. Closing the task.

Moved her computer to the Computers OU in TRI OU,
connected remotely and ran gpupdate /force and the
printers showed up for her.

She's out of the office until Wednesday the 5th

She has gone a couple of weeks without being able 
to print.

She would like to have ERGO printer networked and 
the HP 8000 and the TRI Color printer.

these are all in Todd Hall down her office.

She will be available until 5pm. today
Tomorrow (Tuesday) She will be in all day, but 
has a conf. call at 10am.
