Mark Lyons	Apr 03, 2008 06:58 AM	Darin called to say that he attempted to remote connect three times on his thin client and was unable to connect. He said that it would allow him to log in then stop leaving him with a gray screen. He also said that he was able to close out of the gray screen using the remote tab at the top of the screen. Mark Lyons	Mar 06, 2008 07:16 AM	Darin attempted to log into his thin client this morning, but says that it loads the icons but he is unable to click on any of them, and gets an hourglass icon when scrolling over the taskbar. Says that this is possibly the third time this week that he has had this problem.	Add Attachment
