Last time this computer has sophos updated was 
03/2007 and I believe it was the old staff 
version. So I installed the new "student" version 
off of the wouupdater.wou.edu site. Seems to be 
working great now.

This has happened before with this same computer. 
He is able to use it just fine, but he wants to 
make sure the anitvirus is working so it will not 
cause any future problems.
