Banner seems to be back up. He said that he was
able to get the information he needed. I'm closing

He is trying to access a student's 
file/transcript from Western and it is telling 
him webpage cannot be found. He knows there were 
issues with Banner this morning and is wondering 
if that is the problem. 
I asked him to try another student and it did the 
same thing...Webpage cannot be found. this is the
