I went and looked at his computer yesterday and we
figured out it was a problem with the thin clients
and not the printer.

Applications (word, excel, IE) shut down when 
adjusting print properties, for duplex print jobs.

Faye, in the same office, has had other printer 
problems with same printer. See 24685. Skyler was 
over there earlier assisting them.

Someone should be in the office at all times 
(business hours).
