Carol is a bit stressed and needs to use PDFs 
while she works at the reference desk and under 
her login she cannot. She has asked another 
worker to try and under that other workers login 
they have no problems at all. 

She will be in by 9:30am Wednesday and would like 
someone to call her between then and 1:30pm so 
that the matter can be resolved by the time she 
starts work at the desk.
