Also, I told Sheree to remind the employees and students who use 
the computer to save to their network drives. The "My Documents" 
folder on the desktop now maps correctly to the 
\\cougar\mydocuments folders.

It now have 6.498 GB open. Hurray deleting old profiles and 
CCleaner!

This machine has a 14.3GB harddrive. Ot has multiple users and 
the default user does not map the My Docs folder to the H: drive, 
so I am going to set that uo and run CCleaner.

I wonder if she has synchronization turned on?  
Other wise I see a lecture about not saving to 
her hard drive in her future.

Whenever she is on her machine, this message 
keeps popping up: "limited disk space on C: Drive"

she would like to have someone clean up some 
space for her.

She will be available all day today.
