She was reccently notified of a change in her 
login name, and that she needed to change her 
password, but is not sure why.

room. 
Availalable today. Able to log on on with other 
peoples accounts. She can get into her current 
email, but is not recceiving any email at the new 
address. She was expecting important emails.
