She called and through further inquiry I
determined she needs to contact HER network
provider. It is a WOU issued laptop, but her
wireless problem is when she is working at home.

Although the service she was using is not through
us, she thought we would give her support since it
 was wou business she was trying to complete. I
explained that she needed to contact her provider
for internet access problems, and that if it was
determined that her machine was the problem, we
would work on her machine since it is wou issued.

I told her I was closing the task for now.

She was gone on a trip reccently and the wireless 
internet says network cable unplugged and cannot 
find the network. It has been like this since 
yesterday.
If they can't get back to her before 9, she will 
be back at 11 today.
