When he clicks any icon on desktop nothing 
happens. Nothing initializes. Icon doesn't work 
(lower left hand corner) that says drag disk to 
roxio.

Earlier in the day exel was fine. Then a student 
tried to run power point, tried to open with 
flash drive. "Not responding" gave an error 
message. Didn't see messages.

They rebooted and when it turned back on PP came 
up fine.

THere have been problems on this machine since 
Starboard was setup. Sometimes it runs fine and 
other times they have trouble as described.
