printer, you will need to collect serial number, 
model info, connection type etc. and enter into 
record, I will put tags and printout in tech 
inbox#2 with a mouse that is due to go to Ligoy

The printer is something they bought so it does 
not have a WOU number. He wants to know if you 
can still do this for him even though it does not 
have a WOU #.
