Internet seems to work fine now, took it down 
there he wasn't there so I had tricia guy try to 
log in to make sure it was still working down 
there. everything checked out.

Hi Luis,

I understand that your laptop is still having
connectivity issues, even with a wired connection
to the campus network. Please let me know times
you're available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Or, if it is more applicable please let me know
the range you normally work (ie 9:30am-5pm) with
the range of time you normally take lunch/other
appointments (ie noon-2pm). I am sorry for the
delay in support on this issue and hope to connect
with you soon.

Paul looked at this one's wireless mac address and could not fix it. I 
gave Luis a CAT-5 cable. There is no solution presently.

Brian Witt encountered this issue with another laptop. He said to 
uninstall the driver for the wireless card... didn't help. It will not 
pull an IP.

He then restarted the machine and it let him log 
in, but now he cannot get connected to the 
internet. He has tried FireFox and IE and it is 
telling him Server not found.
