she says her machine is having issues. It will 
not print

I asked her what other issues she was having 
because she said her machine was having "issues" 
and not working properly.

She could not give me any specific details, she 
just kept saying, it will not work right and its 
having issues. I pressed her further for more 
info and she just told me that she has been on 
sick leave and has not used her machine in a 
while, and was not at her machine.

She did say that she could not log into her email 
and I let her know that it might be her 
username/pass and not her specific machine.

She said she would be in on Monday morning and to 
just leave a message on her machine.
