She said she's not having any problems at the

Called and left VM.  There is no way to determine
which system the thin client was connected to 3
days ago.

She was logged in taking a Math Placement Test on 
a thin client, when the screen went light gray 
with an hourglass, it was frozen and Sharyne went 
to the top and clicked the X on the thin client 
to reset the machine.

the problem is that when she logged into the thin 
client and tried to get Tia's test running again, 
it says its in use. She wanted to know if there 
is a way to get her test back, or to know what 
Server she was logged into so she can print out 
her results.

She is available until 5pm today.
