Skyler Gregory	Mar 20, 2008 01:21 PM	Her old computer has some serious issues because the problem with the word document opening is still an issue so she is coming by to print off several of the more important documents.	Add Attachment
Skyler Gregory	Mar 20, 2008 12:58 PM	She came back saying it didn't work. There was a single folder out of all the ones that I copied over that, when opened, would immediately close the window. I deleted it. All the others opened just fine. I'm going to go over there myself and show her that they work.	Add Attachment
Skyler Gregory	Mar 20, 2008 12:45 PM	I talked with her on the phone. I'm assuming it was was a fluke that they wouldn't open on her home computer. She said that she couldn't even open the main folder which had all the files in it so it. This would appear to be a user error issue. I tried it before I gave it to her and was able to open evreything just fine. I told her she should try it on her work computer (she shouldn't be able to mess it up twice) and let me know if that works. If it doesn't, I suppose I'll let her print off the files that she needs for her class.	Add Attachment

Skyler Gregory	Mar 11, 2008 05:07 PM	The files won't open on her computer but I looked on her old computer and they open up just fine. I tried putting the files onto one of the servers but both my H:/ drive and UCS partitions give me an error when trying to transfer the files. I called Susan and let her know. Christian Mendez	Mar 10, 2008 08:06 AM	About half of the word documents that she has saved, probably like 100 she says. Error message she gets: Word cannot open this document the file may be corrupted. She is using a MAC. She said that this is a new machine. She will be back at 10am until 11am.
