I called her and told her how to add a printer on
Radar. She's not here right now or I would do it
for her. She said she could call if that didn't
work. I'll close the task and if she calls back,
it'll get reopened.

She is in the tutoring  Center in APS Building 
and she cannot print to the printer LAB/AALC wou# 
20050252[Edit Inv]

She is trying to print a word document and an 
application .pdf. She mentions that she does have 
print credits and when she goes to print, she 
sees the printing balloon on the bottom right of 
the screen that reads: there was an error 
printing.
