She has 2 that she has had in there. 

These names are on the left hand side of the 
communications express window. Where the 
Drafts/Sent/Trash folders are located, she has 2 
email addresses that are hers:
Gails@wou.edu
Gail@ccc

and today, when she logged in, there is another 
one that she does not recognize:
Fmorris@wou.edu 

She wanted to know why there was this unknown 
email address there.
She is available til after noon she said.
