He was using his student account on his machine,
which didn't have admin rights. I gave him rights
on that account too since he said he usually uses
that on.

Trying to install a software on the computer but 
when he tries it says he needs an administrative 
password in order to do this. 
His office is MA room 121.
Available hours are: 8am.-5pm.
