Help Desk:
I have recently changed workstations to computer 
20070135[Edit Inv].
Although my first attempt to login to the remote 
desktop was successful, all repeated attempts 
have failed -- resulting in a black screen (no 
icons, no remote desktop menu bar).
I am not listed as an administrator on this 
computer.  Is that the "problem"?
