Called and left voicemail, he called me back. 
Used Apple Remote desktop and configured Entourage
as his email client, and he will call back if he
wants to reconfigure his mail to use macMail.

Getting caught in a cycle of error messages:

He opens email on toolbar and gets message
"No mailbox selected.Unable to open A and E"

He tries to sync address and gets message
"imap command failed"

Asks for password and he enters it and again gets 
message "No mailbox selected.Unable to open A and 
E" Asks to sync and he gets "imap command failed" 

Tried restarting.
Same thing.
Shared machine in office. Was working last 
thursaday.

In and out. Leaving door open.
