He said the DVD didn't work on library machines either. I told 
him it was probably a media issue. He said he tried two disks 
and neither worked. He said he wanted us to close the task. I 
asked him to test the disk drive with a dvd from home and call 
us if there is a problem. He said he thinks the dvd drive does 
work.

He drags files temporarily save to his desktop 
into open cd drive window.
usually works for him but today it is not. No 
error message. He is using a different disc:
dvdr/w

He says call whenever. He didn't realize that by 
calling us he would have to wait and he is going 
to try something else, but asked to keep the task 
open.
