Discard this task. Problem is with another 
machine and being looked at already. Sorry for 
the wasted time.

They called in once before and were called back 
by a tech saying that the tech remoted into the 
computer and installed it, but they say it still 
does not have the program on it. 

Not a huge deal, but the people using the 
computer just cannot open any of the Adobe 
documents.
