I called and let her know that we took the log 
off feature off of it so when someone new comes 
to the computer they can choose which OS they 
want to use

Machine will do hard shut down and it DOES show 
shutdown as option-- just not log off.

Machine was worked on by us and since then this 
problem has existed. With any user, every time.
