Ran Ccleaner, removed profiles, ran virus scan. 
Was able to open pictures and PowerPoint. I made a
PowerPoint presentation saved it, opened
it....everything looks good.  I told her to call
us back if she is still getting a PowerPoint
message, since it may be profile specific.

Open the folder itself "My Pictures"
Started happening around time that Dragon 
Naturally Speaking was added.

Power point can be opened quickly but using it is 
slow. When she tries to save it, she gets a 
warning. Not error message. She is not sure 
because it has been a while. When she opens old 
saved files it says recovered.

Dell desktop machine in ED 228.
