Left vm asking him to look for vlc on his machine.
 I told him to download it if it was not.  I also
requested for him to call us back and open the
task if he couldn't figure it out.

The computer says it doesn't have DVD reading 
software on it. Wants to know if the school cam 
make it read DVD's or if he can install the 
software.

Call anytime, but today is not good.
