Reset his session, this thin client is in the
carpentry shop at the physical plant, Mike just
called it in for them.

After entering the logon info, the computer is 
seizing up with the logon window blank.  He even 
pulled the plug on it and it came back with the 
blank logon window.  It's been locked up for 40 
minutes.
