She called again and said that its happening to 
her again.

She is just sending a normal email, not an 
attachment or anything like that and gets the 
SMTP error.

She's been having trouble with her email for the 
last 3 days.  She gets SMTP error.  As I write 
this, the whole office has noticed that theirs 
isn't working either.
