They got a new table installed so the thin client
was temporarily moved to a location where there
were no live Ethernet jacks.  I moved the box to
the new desk and they are all set.

It's a thin client, so they mean they don't have
network connectivity.  She said she would go check
to see if this is still an issue and get back to me.
